No difference, lower the interest rate and prices will go down

The buyer will now have to pay the cost of their own realtor. Which is rightfully so. The buyer hires their own realtor so the seller should not have to pay the price.

It represents the heart of Sisters that has always been a western town with logging , cows and horses . we also have one of the most popular rodeos on the west coast Sisters Rodeo !

It’s befitting of our culture, our way of life. The Sisters Rodeo has made this town prosper..There is no “danger” putting this on the round about, that’s a silly reason to not want it there.

I live in Bend where we have many roundabouts, where we have various artwork, and I've not seen a situation where I feel drivers were distracted, even in our high traffic roundabouts. In my opinion that's a red herring. I think the statue would be an asset to Sisters promoting its history.

It’s a significant piece of History. Prineville has a statue and it IS STILL STANDING!
