Yes, I've had troubles.: The Deschutes county health department is a joke. Wanted to get a booster last Thursday before Christmas and everything was shut down for the holidays. Could not get my first two shots through Deschutes county also. I was told that I was a realitivety healthy white male and was not eligible.
