It already has. While the exhaustion with stay at home orders is understandable, reopening this soon has already proved to be a bad decision. Cases have spiked here and all over the country.

I think we need to go back to normal while taking proper precautions. Testing is more accessible and that might be the reason of the spike in cases.

All of them are not in Deschutes County! Probably most are a result of all the protesting in Portland, they should stay in level 1 !!

What spike?? LOLthere is no spike.. and we are very low in Oregon. Ofcourse it shows more , they're testing more, fyi.. did you know how much they will charge you in the end for the test ?
