Yes, but not up to me. Whatever the local businesses and tenants think is appropriate.

I don't think it enough time. They should extend the hours because people who surf spend more time here.

Mainly because I haven't visited one in decades! Plus I have a lifetime membership to ALL of them, so I wouldn't have to pay anyway.
