We provide free housing, security, medicine and three-squares a day to our most violent criminals in jail. Why wouldn't we offer some form of that same basic treatment to people down on their luck?

There are many sleeping wherever they can find a ? SAFE ? space to lay our their bed. With cold snowy weather upon us, their bedding, clothing and other personal belongings become wet....

Tiny house communities are a good way to help the homelessness situation. But I read zoning has been difficult in some areas.

The more you feed stray dogs and cats, the more stray dogs and cats you get. It's the same with homeless.

Except the fact that you cannot compare homeless people to animals.

I agree with what others pointed out and that is, that until these ppl have somewhere else to go, let them be there.

Because there is not enough support or compassion for those whom have criminal records that can't get jobs because of and or even have there own name on a place of living or vehicle even if they were holding down a job and putting there lives back on track so why would I be agreed for closing

Don’t think there enough places for all of these people to go. Let them stay where they are with the services provided until there is a permanent safe stay place/solution.

The expenditure per person is outrageous..calculate per 190 residents! Also what is the stated method to audit the success of this large spending of our taxes?
