Local and state governments cannot become too involved in local housing markets, as it messes with natural boom and bust cycles. The market will self-regulate.

Because there is not enough support or compassion for those whom have criminal records that can't get jobs because of and or even have there own name on a place of living or vehicle even if they were holding down a job and putting there lives back on track so why would I be agreed for closing
