It costs too much money and won't save you much

Can't afford them!!

At my age (75) not cost effective.

Don't have them, but did seriously consider them this past summer. They're just too much of a cash outlay upfront, even with the fed and state subsidies, It takes too many years to recoup the outlay.

It's a rental

Was told I would have to live in my present home close to 10 years before reaping any real benefits.

Waaaaaaaay too expensive.
