It is a good idea as long as they are not allowed to be vacation rentals.

But they need to be affordable. Like lower income housing that's not run down.

Unless we want to continue urban sprawl forever, this is a necessary change. Anything that supports a build up not out approach is a good idea for the future and longevity of this city.

Build them along with condo and apartment towers, pack that city, the more the merrier.

We are ruining the quality of life many moved here for. It is Not healthy to pack more and more people closer and closer together.

People have paid to be in the type of neighborhood they're in and don't want to have multi-unit housing mixed in.

Deschutes turned Blue in the last presidential election. Bend is getting what it voted for. You'll just need to get used to it.

Developers should not be allowed to build in residential neighborhoods if they aren't providing adequate parking. Lower income housing has more adults with vehicles living in tighter quarters.

Resources are more than just a room to live in. What about electricity, water ......

We barely manage the water resources correctly that we do have, those who have water rights have to WASTE water on fallow fields in order to keep their rights, and all the golf courses sucking endless water, unmanaged forests burning, spotted tree frogs draining reservoirs..No

No! If the Chamber of Commerce (or whomever) would quit advertising Bend, people might stop coming here and trying to move here! Bend is getting overrun. Building these types of housing near single family homes brings down those values. It also invites more noise, more traffic, more negatives.

Not what homeowners planned when originally purchasing a home. This is a ridiculous plan that will impact many residents who chose a specific location based on the zoning. I will fight anyone trying to put a duplex or two story etc... next to my home.

Adding multiplexes is fine. But not on lots designed for single family homes.

The terminal expansion is exciting and so needed! This airport is nice already but expanding and updating it is necessary given the growing demand. My family and I use it regularly and we look forward to more travel options and amenities.

More & bigger planes? Huge power lines coming in basically to support data centers. Central Oregon is long gone from the gem it once was.

Not so far, but anyone with common sense should recognize such scams, tho they are getting more and more sophisticated. Mainly the seniors don't recognize such scams and are its victims.
