I'm worried about my DOGS going outside. They are my kids. I barely allow them out long enough to do their business, and then it's right back inside while this air is so unhealthy.

No.....they need to learn to live with difficulties of life. it's not gonna kill them, no tv or video games, plenty of chores to do.....pull weeds, pick up dog poop, mow grass.......
