I have always thought voting a mayor is better than the rotation of a mayor. With the rotation, the mayor becomes only a spokesperson for the council The voters should elect based on the agenda of the mayor And it allows for consistency with staff.

Mayors should be elected. The whole rotating mayor debacle has been embarrassing for our city.

One person can be directly responsible for implementing their agenda and keep it on track instead of having to rotate every year.

I voted yes because I believe this is the biggest example the country has ever seen of a sitting President [Biden] pulling strings to get his political opponent put in jail. It's the stuff you see happen in a 3rd. world banana republic.
