I think one year of distance learning will be a good experience for students. They can focus on learning rather than social events and should be all the better for it.

I did not realize I felt this way until my daughters school made the decision for me and I felt total relief. We all want our kids back in school, but not at the expense of human life.

As someone whose been traversing Palm since I was a kid, this wall does assist the primary problem which is a sand "white out" that very spot. But more needs to be done, planting of much more foliage and trees with a watering system would help. I am disappointed in this coverage, the wall is good!

Took an embarrassing long time to construct for such a pitiful result, does not help whatsoever for the continued issue of keeping the corridor open.

Money wasted; no change in road closures. The very next day after the wall was built, was a sandstorm & Gene Autry Rd was closed. The problem is further down the road…there’s no visibility, plus sand builds up causing the Gene Autry Rd closure, regardless of the new wall being built! -M McCarthy

I've lived here since 1961 and it's never been this bad...They took down the Tamarisk trees which helped and use to remove the sand.

Rotating minimizes the possibility of corruption which our city has experienced, its ashame that mayor walked away with nothing more than probation. lets not let it happen again.

YES. The system has been working just fine for several years now. Avoid any lawsuits and keep it this way.

I have always thought voting a mayor is better than the rotation of a mayor. With the rotation, the mayor becomes only a spokesperson for the council The voters should elect based on the agenda of the mayor And it allows for consistency with staff.

Mayors should be elected. The whole rotating mayor debacle has been embarrassing for our city.

One person can be directly responsible for implementing their agenda and keep it on track instead of having to rotate every year.

It should have never been changed in the first place.
