Yes, especially when you combine the upheaval this causes with a few of their opt outs and departures. It's one of the reasons bowl games just aren't the same anymore. The record might say we're playing the 15th ranked team, but in reality, we're playing what's left of it. Glorified scrimmage gm!

I would say it gives Nebraska a BETTER chance for a bowl win… I wouldn’t go so far as to say that it gives Nebraska a GOOD chance for a bowl win. 🙄

His replacement has been around the program since he played there under Whittingham. The transition will be smooth.

I think the only altered mindset might be the Utes will be angry and looking to show Whittingham they are as good without him as they were under him
