Scott is stating the facts............the question was asked and answered. Were names mentioned? No. He said he told the team the same things.......the problems are obvious when you watch them play

Frost/staff have their work cut out with a team essentially inherited from the Mike Riley debacle. Until their own recruits are the majority, the whip is going to need to be cracked, repeatedly!

Back in the day, this wouldn't even be a topic if players were called out for toughness. But in today's world everyone is overly sensitive - drives me nuts. Football isn't for softies - toughen up

The players need a team meeting without the coaches. They (players) need to start calling out their teamates as a whole and decide to step up or keep losing. Basically a gut check and heart!

That is exactly who he is, like it or not he is the coach and sometimes you have to say the hard thing . That's life, so good for him to teach these young men that

Some of the fan base wants to blame the coaching staff and already wants Frosts head, He did the right thing making it public to give a taste of what he is saying to the players. It is on players now

Maybe he has been doing it in private, and it has been like talking to a fence post. Maybe this is his only option. We don't have enough information here to know for sure..

They have been playing like a bunch of California fruitcakes for the past 15 years+ yes they need to toughen up and play with some heart, guts, and desire. Nebraska hasnt played with any of that!!!!

I think that they definitely need to toughen up and i believe that's part of it. These players are used to losing and seemed more interested in getting out of the cold more than winning the game.

Clearly it didn't resonate with the team, on the field at least. No doubt about it, the statement did not change behaviors in a good way. I would have done the same, but it was a miss....

Look in the mirror Frost, and then forget about the loyalty factor and get tough with assistants. That last touchdown Purdue scored was ridiculous. DC can't seem to make adjustments. Call them out.

There could be other ways to go about it. Kids are different today. Not softer or bad attitudes, just different. Frost played with some really tough hombres, the likes of which we may never see again.

its something you maybe do in front of the team but not in public. better to be putting in 2nd and 3rd stringers who display the heart, if not the technique, to Win

I don't like it, but as long as we're going to play around with nonsense alternate uniforms, the boys might as well learn wi win in them.

Because we as fans should let the team wear whatever makes them excited and quit bringing up times 30 plus years ago like the uniforms had anything to do with how the games turned out.

Traditional is much more intimidating. One color uniforms make players look smaller (except for all white.)

Bad choice and ugly. For those old enough to remember, we got Irvin Fryar out of New Jersey because he looked better in our uniforms than the ugly Penn State uniforms. Why change for the sake of change when you have the better all ready in place. Sounds like the management of Cracker Barrel.

They have the talent, they need to take the step of winning the games they should win in the manner they should win them. Don’t play down to the level of the opponent.

The D-line against Cincy wasn't overly impressive, our run game was relatively unproductive, and we had some lucky breaks (even if good play contributed). The next two weeks will be important for closing gaps; I don't think we'll wallop Akron quite by 30+ points. I'm guessing we end up 17
