Commits and de-commits happen every year, even students backing out at fall camp. We need player development. 3 star players can become 4 star with development.

So far, it's not a bad class, and hoping for a strong close.

It is an improvement. Yet I won't be completely satisfied until we start landing 4-5 star recruits regularly. The bowl loss cost us.

If I understand correctly this staff wants to bring the number of o-linemen on the roster down.

Worse in yrs. Why? Because he is trying to make this a pass team with eye on WR instead of OL.His heaviest linman in this class is 279 likely exagerated. out of the three linemen recruited one is a3.5 and the last is a 2.0. Really? did he forget he lost. TA due to no depth in the OL?

Started out looking great with lots of hope but as the dust is settling it is not looking so good. We have some talent coming in but need more.

It seems to be going in the wrong direction. We only have a little over two weeks to go and still need 10 slots filled. Not hopeful.

Currently ranked lower than any of Bo's classes. No need to sugarcoat things; this staff simply isn't getting it done.

If Langsdorf wants to keep throwing the deep route 4 or more times a game we need a receiver that's a deep threat and an o-line that can buy adequate time. We also need better d-ends and our running back recruiting has been mediocre. I don't see the upgrade(this and last class) from the last staff.

Sims will have had a full healthy offseason to learn the new offense and develop chemistry with the rest of the offense. There aren't any preseason games in cfb. Expecting Thompson to develop chemistry with the offense in much less time is a recipe for loding winnable games at Minnesota and Colorado

Thing is, they are both really good QB's if they get coached up right.

I believe Sims is a very accurate passer and he appears to be a strong runner. I would have liked to see him run more in the spring game!

Casey always looked good considering always under pressure, can throw the long ball and run.

I just think overall Casey the better option and def has leadership qualities as well. Part of this is just due to what we've seen from Casey vs what we haven't been able to see yet (real games) with Jeff Sims

I was impressed with Jeff Sims. I just feel Casey Thompson is a really good QB and could be outstanding with a good o-line. We definitely need a good back up and Sims isn't a big drop off. If the o-line is better, we go bowling this year.

Jeff Simms didn't seem like he has good throwing mechanics, and seemed like he rushed his throws. But my guess is we need both.

Sims makes too many mistakes and his knack for tossing INTs and putting the ball on the ground will get him on the bench sooner rather than later - question swill he stay if he losses the starting job

Nebraska's first two games should scare the fan base. Both on the road and with regard to Colorado, let's face it, they have way more swagger and are projecting way more aggressiveness and confidence. I think Big Red is 0-2 to start and Colorado will surprise.

Rhule has been there and done it at a d1 level. Sanders has not. Both programs are similar in records over the last few years. So I would lean on experience.

Colorado was much worse that Neb last year - a much deeper hole. We were close. With good coaching, we'll get over the top and to a bowl game. Besides Buffs suck

SHM...LOL Deion is just neon. All things that glitter aren't gold ! Colorado is going to find out the hard way just what type of coaching Deion is really capable of. I'm NOT drinking the Nebr kool-aid either, but let's face it, Rhule has put together quite the staff in comparison to Frost ! GBR !!!

With Deion being Deion and getting rid of players by essentially forcing them out I believe this will be a setback in year one. With Rhule helping most Nebraska players stay and bringing in more talent I think they will have more success in season one considering they have more talent overall.
