Win the turnover and penalty battle, win the war. Cornhuskers play a complete game this week.

There is no doubt Ohio State is a great team with what I believe to be a significant talent advantage. I think our hope is to out hit OSU. I don't think they like getting punched in the mouth.

Main reason? Nebraska is a different team at home then they are on the road. Add in the crowd energy, night game & ESPN.... Scott Frosts first SIGNATURE win as NU coach

Do we ever coach defensive backs to look back towards the ball when the other team passes?

Not nervous. Practical. The Huskers have improved (Suspend the Blackshirts program until the D earns the right to be compared with John Dutton, Rich Glover, etal) but so has Ohio St. Loss #2.

I am just hoping they Big Red can hang in enough to not be humiliated by a blowout. It will require mental and physical focus to stay in the game with the Buckeyes.

I haven't seen enough consistency on offense to be confident we can hang with them.

Justin Fields is great!n He also has an excellent O Line protecting him. We are good, but not great yet.

We're going to have to play all 4 quarters. If that happens the game will be in the bag.GBR

Because they are one of the best teams in the country and we aren't. And if we get blown out again on national TV, do you have any idea how negatively that will effect our recruiting?

Any venue is a good venue, we're in a bowl. Remember where it all began? The Gothem Bowl

No! I was going to Phoenix! Playing in the cold in a baseball stadium. NU got the worst bowl. Don't ride the subways.

Baseball stadiums are NOT conducive to FB games...sight lines and angles to the field are designed for baseball and not FB. Will save the $3 to $4,000 dollars and watch it 10 feet from my icebox, and bathroom...Plus, who knows what type of Husker team will we be seeing...Too many nopes for me.

Very good athlete. Won't make a ton of plays, but can be a serious threat catching the football.

He's an athlete, and a good one. He's to valuable to be sitting on the sidelines. He needs to be part of the rotation.

It just seems he isn't a true QB and maybe this (TE) is where he should have been all along. And now with several leaving the position this could be perfect. Nothing is "hidden" these days.

He needs a lot of time learning how to run behind his pads. If he does not learn that, he is going to get hurt. He also does not come across as a real fluid athlete. Strong and fast for sure but really do not see much flexibility and vision as a runner.

This works if Rhule gets a great qb in the portal. Kaelin didn't play a down even though he could have played in four games. And now he's gone. One blindside sack and Raiola is down for the count and Haaberg is back at qb. I do give Haaarberg an extra A for effort as always.
