But even 5-5 is a good season with this schedule. I see wins over Purdue, Illinois, N'western, Rutgers and Mich St who I believe will be the team we get from the East. All other teams will be top 25

Tough schedule stretch playing Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Ohio State. Those will be top 20 teams or better against a young group of Huskers. Then Penn State later this year? 4-6 seems more likely

I didn't see them getting six wins with the old schedule. The schedule the Big 10 dealt them now is ridiculous. Could see 6 wins with Wisconsin's schedule.

The Huskers are not getting better, they are getting worse.

Too many questions to be optimistic this season. I certainly hope they do well but we'll just have to wait and see.

Huskers have not proven it on the field yet, But its coming, I don't think frost knew how bad it was here till he got here. huskers have not controlled the line of scrimmage against the power teams

There isn't going to be a season. They may try it for a couple of weeks but not many fans (maybe alumni) will watch scrimmages on TV. Advertisers will give up and the season will be canceled.

We need to be realistic .

I am hopeful. NU needs to jell on the field and off the field with everyone. I am still seeing a little chaos and with the COVID, this did not help.

Assuming we keep our current crossover games and then add Maryland then it might happen. Add Indiana or MSU instead then its less likely, but still possible. If its Michigan than not a chance.

We were hoping to get to 7-5 by winning our non-conf schedule - before murderers row @ the end. A 3rd losing season is a very possibility, esp no spring practice. Better to cancel 2020- go big in 2021
