I love both QBs but must vote for Heinrich as he played lights out and with the so needed clean play protecting the ball. I do believe we can win also with Jeff and our players would have to just follow him looking for the ball coming loose. We can do that too. It's a team.

Backup QB is always the most popular player on the team, but in this case it makes sense. He's performed, Sims hasn't

Harberg reminds me so much of Brooke Berringer. A journeyman QB

not turning to ball over is VERY important. Although HH had a couple passes that were probably ill advised we were able to come out on top.

Haarberg has the hot hand now, but won't last long if he continues to take unnecessary hits when running. They'll need both QBs throughout the season.

We need steadiness more than talent. Inconsistent play & turnovers at QB have cost us countless games 8 years+,

I would move Sims to receiver, use his skills there. Haarberg looks to be a good fit at QB and will get better with more reps.

College ball still emotional. Colorado coming off big win over a questionable defense, NU coming off winnable loss against good defense and a better offense than is being talked about. GBR

If we play good defense and run the football with controlling the clock we should come out with a victory!

I would like to believe that our D can come up big and keep their playmakers from gashing us. If we can get pressure on their QB I think we stand a good chance. Our run game should be able to churn clock and keep the ball out of their hands.

There was no D in the CU-TCU game. I see our D standing up. Only question will turnovers/penalties get us again. GBR

Game 2 and Colorado will be very cocky beating a very overrated TCU. Our defense in all essence is much stronger than TCU.

Huskers learn from 1st game and execute fundamentals better. Will up the run game against a porous D line and burn clock.
