One must keep in mind the caliber of the Maryland team. Smallish. Still, NU had fun that day and things worked. With that as basis, study Iowa's defense and determine what can be exploited. GBR!

I think the offensive line is just starting to look good!! The defense will need to blitz way more than it has in the past. Because without the blitz Iowa will have all day to pass!!

I will always believe our Huskers will win... and this is a perfect time to come out of their shell and build on last week's game. We have the coach, the facilities, the history, and the fans.

I believe we can do it now as my faith in the team has been restored for a win over Iowa that is tough but beatable and Purdue only lost 26-20 to them and Illinois lost 19-10.

The Huskers get the win - based on the offensive output against Wisconsin. Need to play clean game.

Just picking yes because the team can win...but historically, they don't show up for big games so I think Iowa will win, cover, and continue to chirp about 5 in a row and counting.

I'm hoping they can put a game together like they did against Wisconsin and if the defense can play like they did against Maryland we can win. The Huskers have to play perfect.

Huskers have been playing better last couple of weeks. If we can run the ball we can beat Iowa. Gotta score in the red zone, something Iowa's D has been really good at this year.

There were visible improvements in the Wisconsin game and more still against Maryland. I think they've turned a corner.

Hope I'm wrong Husker fans. Just don't think we're there yet. Iowa just does things too consistent and we still make far too many mistakes. We are missing some horsepower also.

Man I hated clicking this side but, I just didn't think even with the big win they looked that good. A lot of weak spots.

I’d LOVE to say they’ll beat Iowa. But, if the last ten years have taught us anything it’s the Huskers tend to flub games of substance. God I hope they play like they did against Maryland...

Iowa has gone toe to toe with every team they have played. Narrow losses against ranked teams. Sorry Huskers, this one will not be close. Hawks by 14.

Next season would be the season to do it. Pretty good set up schedule wise and we SHOULD have the talent to make it happen.

1. look at MR history. 2. Look at how MR's aggressiveness at improving coaching and roster. 3. the team has been learning how to win and we are positioned for a break through. 4. Dylan Raiola!!!

Yes. In fact, NU will win 11 games next year. But 3 of the wins will be moral victories. Final record: 8 wins, 3 moral victories, 2 losses.

We replaced 3 coordinators and basically lost our d-line. I haven’t seen any evidence that our o-line will be good next year. We also lost most of our running back room. We’re probably not going to be much better next year than this year.

If Coach Ruhl had made more changes after year 1 (OC, special teams) I would be more optimistic for year 3. But after three games, extra practices, and a bowl game (barely) this year, I haven't seen much to make me think things will be that much better next year.

Baseball stadiums are NOT conducive to FB games...sight lines and angles to the field are designed for baseball and not FB. Will save the $3 to $4,000 dollars and watch it 10 feet from my icebox, and bathroom...Plus, who knows what type of Husker team will we be seeing...Too many nopes for me.
