bo's coaches taught poor technique (just watch Josh Mitchell try to take out Gordon's knees when Gordon is a pube hair off the sidelines instead of pushing him out). These 4 stars coming in, with good coaching, remind me of the Browns, Minter, etc.

We have talent in the room. They will have the same learning curve that Emmett had. He was an average back at the beginning of last season and look how he blossomed. That said, if a solid back is available, take him of course
