Because time for me is usually at doctors therapy and with no car I have to walk alot. You'd think I'd be losing weight but nope.

What I find is that there will be a party right during my workout time! So if I miss the workout that is 700 calories not burned AND the event means eating to that is probably 1000 calories consumed. Boom!! 1/2 Pound!
