There are a lot of temptations around the holidays and with so many family events it's easy for portion sizes to get large and out of control.

Traveling to both families means no consistent workout times.

Because time for me is usually at doctors therapy and with no car I have to walk alot. You'd think I'd be losing weight but nope.

What I find is that there will be a party right during my workout time! So if I miss the workout that is 700 calories not burned AND the event means eating to that is probably 1000 calories consumed. Boom!! 1/2 Pound!
