As a surplus, it should be returned to the taxpayers.
ReplyThat money came from the taxpayers. Rather than spend it, if it's not being utilized, it should be returned.
ReplyYes, because it gives money back to the people that actually paid taxes. Not those who get the phony "earned income tax credit".
ReplyThe issue Democrats have with this proposal is that it will go to the real working class who pay taxes.
