NO CHILD IN MO SHOULD BE SUBJECTED TO GOVERNEMNT INSTITUTIONALIZED LEARNING FACILITIES!

If your school is failing your child you should have the right to move your child to a school district that is not failing their students.
ReplyParents should send their kids, and tax $, to the best school for their kid. When school boards, hand-picked by the teacher union, like CPS, have failing schools, barely credentialed by state, tax $ leaving the district might be disruptive change needed for improvement. FJB
ReplyThe funds should also be transferable to non-public, parochial, or private institutions if they have credentials approved by the state.
