Mankind can initiate as many policies and implement as many consequences for ill actions in society as they so please. Until the heart of mankind changes we will continue to see these problems, regardless of the policies and laws in place

The bullying policy needs to extend to teachers pushing their political ideology, liberal or conservative, mostly communist, on students. No wonder teachers do not want cell phone cameras in the classroom - no evidence.

This never should have become a problem in the first place. It is a symptom of bigger problems, in and out of the public school system. BRING BACK DISCIPLINE

No, because there will be no meaningful punishments for offenders.

Lawmakers can initiate policies and implement as many consequences for ill actions in society as they so please. Unfortunately, policies do not change the hearts of man; we will continue to see these problems, regardless of the policies and laws in place

Because that policy has to be enforced.... And no one in the schools will do it. My child has been bullied since the third grade and nothing has been done about it.....

The bully rarely if ever faces significant consequences for their actions. If you the victim fight back, you the victim are held at a higher level of consequences.IF and I mean IF it is reported the bullying gets worse and usually involves more bullies.

You sign paperwork entering into a contract to repay with interest. You're borrowing someone else's hard earned money that needs to be paid back.
