If the virus gets worse again, and they say it is going to, then everyone should wear a mask in schools, public and especially stores. Just my opinion.

They failed to follow the law then, and they would do it again, without one second of thought. CPS needs some memory stimulation. This will help them to be stimulated. CPS needs to follow the law. They have no authority to legislate the law.

Notice CPS is NOT saying they are innocent and did nothing wrong. They say the policy is ended and lawsuit is a waste of $. CPS is led by power hungry liberals who overstepped their authority and broke the law. They need to lose in court so they are less likely to break the law in the future. FJB

first the CDC said children did not get the virus or carry it. second the only masks that protected you were the N95 , cloth and paper were only 25-30% effective

Phones should be silent and in the backpacks while in school. The public schools are bad enough without students being distracted by yet another screen running Chinese spyware like TicTok. FJB PS there have been 6 shots fired incidents in CoMo in the past month but no news stories.

Moberly school district has a no phone policy already and it works well. Kids are learning more and less distraction. If parents need to get ahold of the kids they can call the office instead of the kids trying to have their parents get them out just cause they don't want to be there .

Too much liberal misinformation in the news on those phones.

As a retired teacher I had students spending great amounts of energy trying to hide their phone activity. A silent phone in a backpack is fine. If a parent has an emergency where they need to contact the student, they should call the main office.

Except for an emergency, there is no reason for them to have their phones. I feel they should have have, but need extreme restrictions and consequences for having them out. They'll be fine without games and social media while they work.
