That money came from the taxpayers. Rather than spend it, if it's not being utilized, it should be returned.

They want to gut Medicare and hollow it out. The middle class millennials are already strained with having to take care of elderly parents. Add this to their growing list of problems. This administration is going to run the country into the ground.
