he has been convicted 3 times yes! are we 100% sure he is the murderer i dont think so; opinions aside to take a men/womens life you have got to be 100% ,should he be respected yes but at the same time he should be treated for what he has done, even a 0.01% chance of innocence has to be considered

you cant do the right thing once the Mr. Deck is dead. I agree three convictions are a strong point, however has previously mentioned the 0.01% error in this case, as in others, cannot be allowed
This scumbag should've been executed 20 years ago. Not taking up space in the corrections department getting 3 hot meals a day, free medical/dental care, free heat/ac, access to the commissary, etc.... He's had it better than a lot of people on the street
ReplyConvicted three times for a ruthless murder. He should be treated with the same respect and dignity, he gave to the people he murdered. It should have taken place 20 years ago.
