Commented "We lived in Tucson, AZ. where they had these camera's & shortly taken out of service because the person driving the vehicle couldn't be without a doubt 100% identified. The plate # could be seen, but not the driver/owner. Cost Pima County residents millions of dollars. Waste of $. Fix the pot holes."
