These were already banned when we had an election. Now we're being forced to use roll carts even though there was no election. How do we go from a ban to being forced to use them? They are ugly. They are inconvenient. The bags would get picked up, and we were done.

No concerns at all. It will be better than just setting trash bags outside and letting animals tearing bags open and releasing garbage. all of the towns I have seen they are beside the garage or a place easy to get to them

This is an excellent example of why people hate the government. People do not want others to make their decisions for them. This kind of disarray, is why governments can mess up an anvil, with a Kleenex. Then tell everyone it's for their own good.
