A free spay and neuter facility for dogs and cats, AND to try to make it a law that pets must be neutered by law unless you pay a huge amount for a license to breed and must pass the qualifications.

I already do. It pays to drive to Boonville when I can get gas for $3.16 at Breaktime vs $3.58 ish in Columbia.

We look at Gas Buddy app and try to get the cheaper gas.
