If a child is too short to make the seat belt effective a parent would be negligent not to put them in a booster.

I already do. It pays to drive to Boonville when I can get gas for $3.16 at Breaktime vs $3.58 ish in Columbia.

We look at Gas Buddy app and try to get the cheaper gas.
