It hasn't been successful in the past here, so I don't see it passing, besides it's still illegal on the Fed level, so you can still get busted no matter what MO says!

The amendment was written for the marijuana industry. Not for the citizens of Missouri.

Before voting tomorrow, I am going to pay my bills, check my 401K, go grocery shopping, and gas up my car. Yup, that ought to do it.

Absolutely! Way too much out-of-state dark money is buying constitutional amendments and creating intended unintended consequences during off year elections with small voter turnouts. Amendments should require super majorities (66%) and only take place during presidential elections. FJB

Our Constitution is the strength and security of our Freedoms. Any attempt to alter it by a slim majority, is a direct Assault on our Freedoms. Protect our Safety and Freedom by protecting our Constitution.

Representative government relies on the voice of the people being heard. Constitutional Amendments are a very important method of making that happen. No wonder the people in charge want to diminish this right of the people. It interferes with their plans for authoritarian rule.
