Marijuana is a Schedule I substance under the Controlled Substances Act of 1970. It should not be legal medically or for recreation, until it is removed from this list.

I can't think of a wiser step for mankind? Columbia needs more dope and more dopers. That will make it a better place to live and raise a family. Maybe more dope will cause a decline in the number of shootings? Who knows?
