It hasn't been successful in the past here, so I don't see it passing, besides it's still illegal on the Fed level, so you can still get busted no matter what MO says!

Housing isn't affordable because of the Federal Reserve.

In Moberly they are building houses but they are setting the rent 1000$ to 1200$ or more plus utilities. Last time I checked People can't afford that and people who are on a set budget needs affordable housing that they can live in not 500 to 800 a month when your are barely making it .

I watched some of it . Could tell he was reading off a teleprompter. There was no expression on his face .
