Everything went pretty much as I figured. Missouri is always a red state and they won. Nationally, the "Red Wave" people kept saying was coming ended up as a "red trickle" Trump is toxic. Every candidate he supported lost sans 1 in Ohio. They need to push him out the door and move on.

The fact there is not already one or any attempt at common sense enforcement speaks volumes in it's own right. Maybe we need another department and a 10 year study.......

We used to have government funded mental institutions that would have handled this, but Reagan handed this off to the states who didn't have the money to continue funding.

If the City passes this, the homeless will not go away. They will move into the surrounding neighborhoods. Your children will step over the homeless as they walk to school and you will hear screaming all night long..
