Back in the day, this wouldn't even be a topic if players were called out for toughness. But in today's world everyone is overly sensitive - drives me nuts. Football isn't for softies - toughen up

The players need a team meeting without the coaches. They (players) need to start calling out their teamates as a whole and decide to step up or keep losing. Basically a gut check and heart!

They have been playing like a bunch of California fruitcakes for the past 15 years+ yes they need to toughen up and play with some heart, guts, and desire. Nebraska hasnt played with any of that!!!!

I think that they definitely need to toughen up and i believe that's part of it. These players are used to losing and seemed more interested in getting out of the cold more than winning the game.
