Yes, because I have no reason to second guess the views of at least 12 jury people that saw and heard all of the evidence while I have only been exposed to the views of journalists. We know how reliable journalists can be. Reply

Not because he doesn't deserve the death penalty and the world would be a better place without him, the punishment is no longer a deterrent to violent crime. Too many appeals, to many mistakes, shady prosecutors, inept defense lawyers, etc..etc.

Yes&no 1) he took a life so yes he should be held accountable. 2) he had heart issues he should remain life in prison cause he would end life eventually. People who have medical conditions that's on death row should be life in prison instead of leathal injection.

The death penalty makes you what you hate - a murderer. The death penalty makes you a hypocrite. The death penalty is nothing more than collectivized sadism. Abolish the death penalty!

Some Old Testament passages, such as Genesis 9:6, Exodus 21:12-16, Leviticus 24:17-20, Numbers 35:16-18, and Deuteronomy 22:25-27, permit or require capital punishment for serious crimes against human dignity, such as murder.

I've watched this crime story from the beginning. Watched Lori Daybell trial & want to see justice prevail. These individuals are vicious monsters with no human resemblance. Unbelievable how they got away with so much crime for so long. Now they will pay for their murderous deeds.
