There needs to be punishment for taking a life. Both the mother and the father should be held responsible for the baby's demise but 1st Degree murder is excessive. Manslaughter with guaranteed jail time seems more fair to me.

I depends on the circumstances. When the pregnancy is harmful to the woman and maybe the baby the answer is no. If its an oops or one night stand then yes.

About half of all conceptions do not end in a birth, mostly due to miscarriages...God's abortions. Are we going to investigate all women who conceive and have a miscarriage. That is going too far...as is Democrat support for abortions up until birth and beyond.

Because it's not the government right to regulate women's healthcare.

The government should have no say concerning a woman's right to care for her body. If the issue were concerning men's health care, say- outlawing Viagara, the comments would have a much different tone.

This is a choice between a female and her doctor. Politics must not be involved. This is about control.

It's bad enough that they're having their rights taken without adding a criminal element to it. Not everyone that gets an abortion is doing it for the reasons protesters scream. It's often one of the hardest decisions a woman has to make.

Biden is a dirt bag, and a 50+ year professional criminal, and the leader of a family of criminals. To bad he didn't croak with Carter; could have had a BOGO on good riddance funerals. But since he's all in for democracy and not dividing the country, he did the right thing.

The United States Supreme Court has ruled that accepting a pardon implies an admission of guilt. This decision was made in the 1915 case of Burdick v. United States, 236 U.S. 79 (1915). In this case, the Court stated that acceptance of a pardon implies a confession of guilt and carries an imputation
