This was a terrible abuse of taxpayer money. It should never have been done, especially because it was so obviously ILLEGAL. The previous governor was an incompetent idiot.

No I don’t believe it was worth the costs of installing them and now removing them. Plus a law suit from a Native American tribe because the state never asked for permission to put containers on their lands. Just imposing illegal wishes on someone else’s property. Just sayin …

Roads are poorly engineered and repairs are made with crappy materials. The not invented here attitude prevails. The Velocity hole patch system used in the UK is far superior than the hand filling method used here.
