the homeless should be picking up the highway trash in exchange for vouchers for all the benefits they get like shelters,food,showers etc. no vouchers no freebies. I work every day for my vouchers, its called money. I don't work i get no money I get no food, shelter etc. Save tax $$.

Put people to work cleaning up the roadways. Even the stretches of highway that are "adopted" don't get the attention they need.

Made a trip to Redmond this past weekend and was shocked at the amount of garbage on the roadside. What happened to prisoners helping clean it up?
