I think the fire department needs and should have the needed funds definitely. However it should come from other County department spending! I pay over $7,200.00 per year in property tax, thats $600.00 per month. Thats way to much now!, it needs to come other from county funds!.

To much monéy. We are all affected by higher prices maybe .25-.30 property taxes are high in Central Oregon. Next will be the police, the school district, the parks dept. Every agency wants more what about the elderly trying to keep their housing?

No, we already pay so much in taxes that you're going to add to the homeless situation. Many people are on a fixed income. These taxes are going to price people out of a home.

Take money from Parks and Rec. We most certainly don't need any more parks or trails. Taxes aren't for entertainment. The city is spending like drunken sailors and are a big reason that Bend is unaffordable. Property taxes are much to high. We need conservatives in city positions.

Don't call 911 if your house catches on fire if you're not willing to vote for this. And in DWR, there's a much higher probability.

System Development Charges (SDC) are obviously way too low to offset the impacts of growth. Otherwise, we would not need continuous bonds for roads, schools, library, etc. to keep up with this growth.

The roads are falling apart money would be better spent on repairs than roundabouts with expensive artwork

it is always hard to anticipate future growth. However, Bend has a pro growth policy and Visit Bend which actively tries to get everyone to move here. It should come as no surprise that transportation lags far behind the aggressive marketing of this town.

There's no way a 2D road system can accommodate all the 3 and more story high density apartments.
