It's still here. Chances of contracting the new variants are even higher. However, vaccinations protect against severe symptoms. It's good to remember that 1 out of 7 of those who become even mildly sick are at risk of acquiring long term Covid. 150,000 Americans still dying yearly.

I don’t see why people think masks are bad? Do they ask a surgeon to pls remove the mask? There should have been a better approach from the beginning. In the med. field, people I wrk w/have kept the mask off & had Covid 2x’s w/dbl. pneumonia @ 70yrs. old & still no vax. They have many issues now.

It is still out there. One good point...I haven't had flu, cold or any illness in 2 & 1/2 yrs of wearing a mask. No vax. Medical issues.

Nope. Had it four times already between 2/2020 and 10/2021 according to my Doctor. Got over it rather quickly each time and I am 67 years old.

NO, NO and NO! There should NEVER have been any lock downs, the lefts lock downs have caused more problems than the virus and we are still suffering from it. The so called experts (educated guessers in reality) even said the vaccines did not work on the last variant.

It will be here just like the flu, no amount of vaccine, lockdowns, etc will stop it. Do like we always do, take precautions and live your life.

Many of my students display addictive behaviors regarding their phones, and it has proven detrimental to their learning and social development. Any positive of cell phone use is vastly outweighed by negative consequences.

Long overdue. Students need to focus on being educated in school, not watching videos, playing games, & chatting with each other. Educators and others do not need the distraction that cell cause. If there are emergencies that students need to know about there are other ways for them to find out.

My teaching friends say it's been a battle to keep kids off their phones in class and wastes a bunch of class time time addressing this. How will this be enforced any differently though?
