Because everything is still high on prices . And people are still having issues with jobs , food , housing, every day living . Inflation needs to come down alot and gas does to before we see a better impact over all .

Yes, due to the pandemic. Poor management, lack of hours, performance and expected to do task out of my area. If your an admin you do not have experience in a kitchen. Employers are causing a lot of their own problems, by not paying a living wage, not providing benefits, and not providing hours.

As an employer, I still can't find any employees. Also, if things are getting better, why are my doctor or dentist appts getting rescheduled constantly due to being short staffed? Things are getting worse

The jobs report means very little when I see signs everywhere that say either, "We're Hiring" or "Help Wanted." Tells me there are more jobs than applicants.

NO the UNNECESSARY shutdowns are still negatively affecting people. How about the people that lost their businesses, do you think they have recovered? Not hardly, the business that did not go under are having a terrible time finding good employees. The jobs report is a very inaccurate picture.
