not unless they are a lot better than last years defense. we have talent but lack senior leadership and Pelini's defense is notoriously difficult to master. I see too many mental mistakes thwarting that goal.

The only way we can follow recruiting is by listening to subjective analyzes of media outlets as they review their "top prospects". Those prospects don't necessarily fit Nebraska's system.

Even at home, 'Canes are more dangerous. Fresno lost D. Carr, and based on ticket sales, the Fresno game will be more like a Husker home game, Big Red fans love to travel to Cali!
