She's been a judge long enough to merit consideration for the post. As long as Dems and GOP divide our country, conflict will continue in our nation's capital. Too much centralized government anyway. Why is rapist Greitens on the ballot?

She is more than qualified, in fact more qualified than some other justices. Her record is well within guidelines set forth by the justice department.

She may be equally qualified to Sotomayor, Kagan, and Breyer, but she is not nearly as qualified as the good ones. And Roberts does not count as a good one, only borderline. Not even close to the skillset of Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, or Barrett.

no one should ever be picked for such an important position based on their gender and/ or race, but only on their qualification for the job. She will never know if she is the best person for the job, or just filling a quota. No one should ever demean themselves like that.

I mean while you have a point about using gender and race in the decision process this is nothing new when it comes to Supreme Court justices. Secondly I am not sure that I would characterize her as unqualified by any means, she has a strong law history from judge to public defender, to her clerking

Because she will not uphold and enforce the Constitution. That is the Primary Function of a Supreme Court Justice. She is a failure before she gets there. But she won't do any more damage than Breyer did.
