The Republicans can't seem to govern at all. One of their basic functions is to complete a budget. So far, they don't have the leadership in the House to complete this function. The extremists are looking for stardom instead of meeting the peoples needs.

Stop decriminalization of drugs in Oregon and many people who use drugs will leave. That will also help get rid of many homeless.
