First, Asta is definitely physically stronger that Naruto. Second, Asta is faster than Naruto because his devil makes him fly at high speed. Third, Naruto only received physical strength and power meanwhile Asta physical strength and abilities. Lastly, Naruto can only use baryon once in a lifetime.

By the end of the "SpadeKingdom" arc Asta is scaled to be large planet lvl AP with MFTL+ speed with some insane haxs. Even if anti-magic doesn't work it still amps up his physical stats. And with the new 15 month time skip, it's arguable that Asta just might be star lvl if not, close to it. Asta win

I normally don't like these because the powers are too different. Asta's world has magic and Naruto's has chakra. There's absolutely no evidence that suggest that Ara's biggest strength, his an it magic, will work here. However if it does, then I don't see what Naruto can do against him
