It’s just more official or has more hints for it to be a bat than a snake. Plus I can see luz be with a cute little bat as her palisman than a snake. Plus 8t would match well with eda and owlbert, having the bat flap it’s wings also when flying as a staff. Amity is her cat palisman, luz is the bat…

Bat! The whole duality of it all, the fact that they fly like the Clawtorns, heck let’s face it Luz would love something both cute and creepy. Also I remember this story about 2 groups of animals playing a game and I was split up between the ones who could fly and the one who had teeth. 🦇

In "Eclipse" lake when Amity and Luz were texting each other, their icons were a white cat and a bat, I think this hints at Luz getting a bat palisman.

I though bat for a few different reasons. On the tamagotchi it showed 2 different animals on it, on being Amity’s palisman (Ghost) and the other being a bat. The only explanation is that it might be a bat if it’s going of palisman. Another reason it might be a bat is because all of the Clawthorne

A bat would be suitable for Luz because since Amity has a cat and cat rhymes with bat it makes more sense to call it, Bat-cat

The signs are just clearer with a Bat, as oppose to Snake, which is sort of based off of theories. Bat is a theory too, but it both fits Luz and is more based in evidence other than guesses.

The bat phone case was not enough on its own but the Cat and Bat on the little tamagotchi is definitely screaming Bat palisman. Maybe this will be part of her helping batqueen. Idk but I definitely say bat.

You know those little tamagotchis Luz and Amity had? Well Ghost (Amity’s palismen) was on there, along with a bat. That hints that her palismen could be a bat. The second hint is her phone cover, and the third is the the palismen wood, which has the the same color as her phone case, which is a bat.

ReplyLuz’s thing with snakes in the first episode, eclipse lake when she had “snakes for arms”, and maybe the S and L from the title? There’s probably more stuff to mention. But other than that it’s just a gut feeling
ReplyCan't tye long enough messages to go in depth into why I think/prefer the snake palisman so I'll just summarises it up by saying I think it seems more fitting (just a little). However if the snake is tied to camila and bat is Eda then I'd want her to have the bat as I don't want her going back home.

Replythe whole relation between snakes and healing only makes me feel surer that it will be Luz's (since sh can "heal" almost everyone's lives just by existing hehe)

ReplyThere has been so much foreshadowing to her getting a snake, and it would make much more sense. I believe the bat imagery is hinting that the Bat Queen will help Luz carve it, as she has immense knowledge.
ReplyI personally feel like it is a snake, because the Bat symbol on the tomagatchi could easily have represented her phone case (season 1). Also, there's already been a lot of reference to bat's within other characters like Raine and Bat Queen. With the uniqueness/weirdo message, a bat wouldn't fit.

ReplyI voted for The Snake Palisman because the snake also represents healing and when Raine got caged by Kikimora I think Luz will be able to heal that with her staff on the day of unity.
