Too many children do not have access to high quality early education and this would directly remedy this. It is long overdue, especially what we now know about brain development in the early years.

Kindergarten was to prepare children for school. Now it's required class and children need to test for readiness. Pre-K will help children and working parents with school readiness/

The curriculum in schools was altered to reflect Nazi ideology and priorities. The importance put on subjects like chemistry and mathematics was reduced. By the end of the 1930s, religious education was banned. Sound familiar?

0Too young for kids to be thrown togehter in school-like settings. Child warehousing for longer won't help the children.

Indoctrination must start, at the earliest age, as is possible. Masks should be worn, at all times.

My son has already had Covid...and had NO symptoms at all. We, his parents, have also already had Covid. I think we're subjecting kids to psychological abuse that's going to live with them forever if we keep this fear porn up. And we have the abusive media to thank for that.

The kids need to be in school. The government has hurt the kids enough.

My son has been sick nonstop with bacterial infections being caused by that mask according to his 3 drs. Now we can get him healthy and heal his immune system.

I hope your son gets better. My doctor did not recommend the booster for me. The children do not deserve the abuse, that the masks provide.

I feel it is making it dangerous for all concerned. There will be little protection against COVID-19.

The Board simply caved in to an authoritarian Attorney General running for Senate on a pure Trumpian philosophy. Eric Schmitt's baseless "order" just made it more comfortable for the Board to throw in the towel. It puts the students and teachers at great risk.

2nd Amendment rights are protected in Missouri...The worst mass shootings happen in no-carry zones.

A gun in your trunk won`t offer much protection. If you want to protect yourself conceal/carry is the way to go

I believe that evil is everywhere. Everyone deserves the right to be protected, even all students. Guns are just tools, it's the person behind the tool that determines how it is used!

By no means am I a gun advocate, but I do think having one in your vehicle is ok. Especially in Columbia. That place is fast becoming a toilet full of scum.

I support the 2nd amendment. Also Missouri is a constitutional carry state. It has been proven time and time again that where the law abiding public are allowed to legally carry guns then violent criminal activity is significantly reduced. Criminals say gun control makes it easier to commit crime

I feel college age adults, especially males, are still struggling with their critical thinking skills in relation to their emotions. College students have many stresses, personal and college coursework. Guns do not provide protection, they increase the likely hood of gun violence

Having that easy of access to guns doesn't give people time to calm down before reacting to situations.

My son-in-law works on campus as a teacher. He should not have to worry about whether he comes home to my daughter at the end of a work day. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to bring a gun to a school campus. Period.

Does that include policemen? I know the criminals never have guns. That would be illegal.

Are you referring to the people who shoot up the City of Columbia nearly every night, or the honest people who are legally carrying firearms for protection?
