The communities strength, is in the communities resources. It is far better to work for a secure employer.

Small business owners are more important as a state's tax incentive investment, especially since COVID-19 is still impacting locally-owned businesses. Tax incentives can identify locally-owned business success, and that identified success can attract the global exports, putting Missouri on the map.

This will lead to higher prices at the grocery stores since there won't be as much competition. Kroger will have an monopoly on the grocery market. Should not be allowed.

I don't like Fred myer, to big and for its size not much of a selection. I like Safeway the best because of variety. We don't need another big chain. If this merger is allowed all we have left is 2 big chain stores and prices will probably go up when they shutdown the smaller Safeway and Albertson

I have found Safeway prices higher than Fred's.

Mergers always seem to mean higher prices, so I am against them in general.

Concern that a merger will likely increase prices, but in this current economy, there are so many factors in play.

Kroger has always been cheaper than Albertsons so I see a drop in prices in the future.
